

ABOUT ME
Hey, I’m Susan but most people call me Susie!
My fitness journey started in 2015 after going through mental and physical negative body image periods. I had gained a lot of weight while in college, then proceeded to lose a lot of weight and become underweight and unhealthy. I was at a low point and didn’t know how to change my lifestyle.
I went through many phases of watching my body change, but I remained consistent. My life CHANGED when I began to see that having a healthy lifestyle meant finding BALANCE with food and fitness. I am the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been and am impassioned to help other women and men who want to become healthier, stronger, and more CONFIDENT in their skin.

I am a promoter of healthy lifestyle choices and supporter of finding balance in everything. Balanced lifestyles effect your sustainability which results in real transformation.

I believe the most important key to a healthy lifestyle is taking things day by day and CONSISTENCY. I am a modern day woman balancing life obligations just like you reading.
